A Personal Note from Julie
I genuinely really like West Barn. For me, it offers an equestrian buyer the opportunity to have everything they need to complete their life with their horses, with the facilities thoughtfully arranged in one place.
Nestled within an established equestrian community and approached along a private lane, there is a wonderful feeling of arriving somewhere quite special. Once at the property, the views towards Bredon Hill, Dumbleton Hill and Prescott are magnificent.
But what I particularly love about West Barn is the contrast. You have the practical equestrian side where you can properly live your life with your horses — and then you walk back into a home that just feels incredibly classy.
There is something about the house that reminds me of a beautiful boutique hotel — stylish and luxurious, yet incredibly warm and welcoming. It almost feels as though the house gives you a hug when you walk through the door.
It’s somewhere you can kick off your riding boots at the end of the day, pour yourself a glass of Prosecco and enjoy that fabulous courtyard. Nothing feels overly formal or precious; it simply feels like somewhere you want to settle in and stay.
Despite having so much within easy reach, West Barn never disappoints with its peace, space and sheer beauty. For me, it brings together two things that are surprisingly difficult to find in one property — a serious equestrian setup and a genuinely beautiful home that feels every bit as good as it looks.
